Four women who share the collateral damage of abusive childhoods choose a road that is not for the faint of heart, with setbacks including drug abuse, phobias that define them, sexual dysfunction and those heart-stopping flashbacks.
Instead of sad stories about stolen childhoods, this movie script takes you into a world so rich you will cheer for these resilient survivors, hurt and cry with them, laugh with them and ultimately find yourselves swept into a world of hope and possibilities with them.
With courage they didn’t know they had, these women bond as if their lives depend on it because it does!
Thriver Sisterhood is both a screen play and a movement
Not content to wait until Thriver Sisterhood is a movie, our project manager asked “what if” we provided the script free as dialogue to therapists who can use it with their clients for healing and knowledge? The initiative is taking shape and we are over the moon excited.
We continue to build our website as an interactive discussion through our blog and FaceBook. Sign up for updates, and contribute to the blog, offering your support and ideas for how Thriver Sisterhood can make a difference.
